Description: Flow Measurement Orifices
Size Range: 2 1/2 to 12 in, (65 to 300mm)
Series FMO Flow Measurement Orifices are designed to monitor system flow with
minimal head loss. It consists of a cast iron body, stainless steel orifice,
and two brass pressure taps. It is installed between cast iron or steel flanges. The pressure taps measure differential
pressure across the orifice and a metal tag displays its flow rates. Maximum
Working Pressure (water only): 250psi (17.5 bar).

Description: Flow Measurement Valves
Size Range: 1/2 to 3 in. (15 to 80mm)
Series CSM-61 Flow Measurement Valves monitor system flow in low to medium
flow rate HVAC units providing a highly accurate flow measurement. It
consists of bronze body construction with bi-directional, positive shutoff
ball valve design, blow-out proof stem, a position indicator, memory device,
checked metering ports with drip caps, two brass pressure taps, integral
drain ports, and a brass drain plug. Series CSM-61 has a compact size and is
ideal in hot/chilled water units such as, fan coil units, water source heat
pumps, reheat coils, panel coils, small branch lines, unit heaters, unit
ventilators, finned radiation, small domestic hot water lines, convectors,
and small pumps.

Series: CSM-81-F
Description: Flow Measurement Valves
Size Range: 2 1/2 to 8 in. (65 to 200mm)
Series CSM-81-F Flow Measurement Valves monitor system flow in medium to high
flow rate HVAC units providing a highly accurate flow measurement. It
consists of a semi-steel body construction with a low-torque cylindrical plug
design, flanged end connections, checked metering ports with drip caps,
position indicator plate, positive shutoff, and two brass pressure taps.
Series CSM-81-F is ideal in hot/chilled water units such as, fan coil units,
water source heat pumps, reheat coils, panel coils,
branch lines, and pumps. Maximum Working Pressure: 175psi (12 bar).

Description: Flow Measurement/Balancing Valves
Size Range: 2 1/2 to 12 in. (65 to 300mm)
Series CSM-91 Flow Measurement Valves monitor system flow in medium to high
flow rate HVAC units providing a highly accurate flow measurement. It
consists of a ductile iron body construction, pressure differential readout
ports on both sides of the valve, two interchangeable brass metering ports
and drain ports on both sides of the valve, two check valves with gasketed caps, bronze valve stem and plug disc,
multi-turn adjustment handwheel, tamper-proof brass
memory stop, positive shutoff, and grooved end connections with optional
flange adapter. Series CSM-91 is ideal in water units such as pump packages
and cooling towers.

Series: CSM-91-INS
Description: Insulation Systems
Size Range: 2 1/2 to 6 in. (65 to 150mm)
Series CSM-91-INS Insulation Systems are available in sizes 2 1/2 to 6 in. to
suite Series CSM-91 flow measurement valves and Series TDV triple duty
valves. The outside shell is a preformed, removable PVC jacket and the inside
consists of mineral fiberglass insulation to meet ASHRAE standards.

Series: PG-2 to 6
Description: Differential Pressure Meters
Series PG-2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 Differential Pressure Meters are kits designed to
measure differential pressures on flow measurement valves and flow
measurement orifices and provide overrange
protection at an accuracy of +/- 3%. It consists of a differential meter, two
color-coded hoses with brass coupler, two air venting valves with hoses,
meter balance valve, brass filter with plastic housing, carrying case, and
instruction manual. Series PG-2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 also check differential
pressures across other system components such as, pumps, strainers, coils,
etc.

Description: Differential Pressure Meters
Series PG-8 Differential Pressure Meters are kits designed to measure
differential pressures on flow measurement valves and flow measurement
orifices at an accuracy of +/- 5%. It consists of a dial gauge with free
floating piston and continuous purge flow to eliminate bleed/drain valves,
two color-coded hoses with brass coupler, brass filter with plastic housing,
carrying case with gauge mounted, and instruction manual.

Series: TDV
Description: Triple Duty Valves
Size Range: 2 1/2 to 12 in. (65 to 300mm)
Series TDV Triple Duty Valves are triple function valves used in flow
measurement applications to eliminate the requirement of a hand-tight shutoff
valve, a check valve, and a flow control valve on the pump system. It
consists of a ductile iron body construction with grooved ends and
anti-rotation lugs, two NPT connections on each side of the valve seat, two
brass metering ports with non-slam silent check valves and gasketed caps, brass drain taps, bronze disc, stainless
steel valve stem, stainless steel spring, and optional flange adapters.
Series TDV provides a quiet system operation and is ideal in single, double,
and vertical in-line pump applications.
